Treatment Philosophy
Dr. Fershtman believes that mental health care should extend beyond just symptom relief. The goal of his practice is to help patients restore their peace and confidence as well as an energy level that is vital to their everyday life. His method is patient-focused and collaborative with a strong emphasis in listening, trust and respecting each person’s unique experience.
Care is a combination of thoughtful medication management with strategies to help patients develop resilience and techniques for dealing with stress. Treatment plans are individualized and designed in collaboration with patients with the aim to achieve long-term stability and improve quality of life. Not just surviving in the meantime, but actually making progress.
Focused Mental Health Care
Dr. Fershtman provides care for ADHD, anxiety, and depression by conducting a thorough assessment, appropriate treatment plans and ongoing support from a clinical perspective. The focus of his practice is clarity, consistency, and secure, well-monitored treatment.
Other conditions that are more complicated, such as mental disorders, might require the services of psychiatrists. If needed referrals are made in order to ensure that patients receive the best level of assistance. This helps to maintain the continuity, trust and high quality of care for each patient.
